America's 250th Independence Day Ball Terms of Service
Thank you for your order and your attendance at the America's 250th Independence Day Ball! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Ticket Purchase and Delivery:
Your ticket order is for the America's 250th Independence Day Ball.
Ticket delivery will occur during the week of the event. You will be contacted at the email address provided during checkout with specific instructions regarding ticket delivery and check-in procedures at the event. Please ensure your email address is accurate and that you check it regularly.
2. Ticket Transfer and Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are fully transferable. If you cannot attend the event, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in transferring the ticket to another person. You will need to provide the name and contact information of the new attendee.
3. Event Policies and Attendee Responsibility:
The American Freedom Initiative is not responsible for setting social distancing, health, security, or other event policies. These policies are the sole responsibility of the venue and are subject to change without notice.
It is your responsibility to check for any changes affecting the event, including but not limited to scheduled start time, health policies, social distancing guidelines, security protocols, and any other relevant updates.
Your failure to comply with venue policies may result in denied entry or removal from the event, without refund.
4. Event Changes and Cancellation:
The American Freedom Initiative reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or schedule at any time.
In the event that the America's 250th Independence Day Ball is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered a full refund of the ticket price. The American Freedom Initiative will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
5. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the American Freedom Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your attendance at the America's 250th Independence Day Ball, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Intellectual Property:
The American Freedom Initiative retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property associated with the America's 250th Independence Day Ball, including but not limited to event logos, materials, and content.
8. Consent to Use of Likeness:
By attending the America's 250th Independence Day Ball, you grant the American Freedom Initiative the right to photograph and/or record you and to use your likeness, voice, and name in any media for promotional purposes without compensation.

10. Entire Agreement:
